My story.
The What if... therapist has been born from a combination of knowing too well what it's like to be consumed by anxious thoughts and a professional love for working with uncertainty. Like most of us, I spent my younger adult life navigating a lot of anxious thoughts and 'what ifs...'. My professional training as a therapist over the last 10 years has allowed me to uncover and understand anxiety in a way that it no longer impacts me in the same way. Of course I still get anxious, but the difference is now I understand it and know what to do.
Now I'm here to share my learning with you.
